Job Summary:

The Receiver and Feeder is responsible for receiving incoming shipments, verifying inventory, storing materials properly, and feeding raw materials or products to production lines or workstations. This role helps maintain inventory accuracy and ensures timely material availability.

Key Responsibilities

- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
- Verify shipment contents against purchase orders, packing slips, or delivery documents.
- Label, sort, and store materials in designated warehouse locations.
- Supply raw materials, parts, or products to production lines or workstations as needed.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), or hand trucks.
- Keep receiving and storage areas clean, organized, and safe.
- Follow company safety policies and procedures.
- Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory.
- Communicate with warehouse, production, and purchasing teams regarding material needs and shortages.

Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse,



receiving, or manufacturing experience preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (23 kg) and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math and computer skills.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Forklift certification is an asset (or willingness to obtain certification).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
