About DTC Vikings We are a fast-growing ecommerce group specializing in natural wellness and skincare. Our portfolio includes brands like Froya Organics and Norse Organics , merging Nordic traditions with modern, clean formulations. As we scale our teams across marketing, operations, tech, and finance, we are looking for a dedicated Recruiter to identify and engage exceptional talent globally.

The Role

As our Recruiter, you will manage the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring a seamless experience for both hiring managers and candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

- End-to-end Recruitment: Lead the hiring process for various departments within the group.
- Proactive Sourcing: Identify and engage top-tier talent through strategic sourcing and networking.
- Candidate Assessment: Conduct screenings and present qualified shortlists to hiring managers.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain an organized and transparent recruitment workflow (Notion).
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with founders and team leads to define role requirements and culture fit.





What We Are Looking For

- Experience: 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within remote or international environments.
- Sourcing Skills: Proficiency in advanced sourcing techniques and talent mapping.
- Versatility: Experience hiring across multiple functions such as Marketing, Ops, and Tech.
- Organization: Exceptional time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously.
- Communication: Solid interpersonal skills and the ability to represent our brands with professionalism.

Logistics

- Location: Remote (Overlap with LATAM or European time zones preferred for team collaboration).
- Type: Full-time Contractor.
- Reporting to: HR Manager.
