Role Description The Recruitment Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Toronto, ON. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting qualified candidates for IT and related positions. Day-to-day tasks include posting job openings, reviewing applications, conducting interviews, coordinating hiring activities with clients and internal teams,



and guiding candidates throughout the hiring process.

The Recruitment

Specialist will collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, maintain accurate recruitment records, and support training and onboarding efforts as needed. The role also involves continuous communication with stakeholders to ensure a smooth, transparent, and efficient hiring experience.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Recruiting and Hiring skills, with experience managing full-cycle recruitment.
- Candidates should possess effective Interviewing skills, including structured and behavioral interview techniques.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, for interaction with candidates and clients.
- Candidates should possess Training and onboarding skills to support current hires and client teams when required.
- Relevant experience in IT or technical recruitment is highly beneficial.

- Strong organizational, time management, and stakeholder management skills.
- Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
