Recruiting Coordinator (Remote Contract) – Eastern Canada

We're looking for a highly organized Recruiting Coordinator (RC) to join our fast-paced startup and support a growing global recruiting team. This is a 3–6 month remote contract for someone based in Eastern Canada who thrives in a high-volume environment and enjoys keeping recruiting operations running smoothly.

Location

- Remote, based in Eastern Canada
- Must be able to be online/available 8:00 AM – 11:00 AM EST daily to support hiring teams and candidates across multiple international time zones. Additional flexible hours may be worked as needed.

Contract

- 3–6 month contract
- Remote, Rate is $42.00 CDN/Hr.

Responsibilities

- Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple time zones
- Manage complex calendars for recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience through timely communication and scheduling




- Handle scheduling changes and last-minute requests with professionalism and urgency
- Maintain accurate recruiting data and documentation
- Partner closely with recruiters to keep hiring processes moving efficiently
- Prioritize multiple requests while meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced startup environment

Qualifications

- Previous experience as a Recruiting Coordinator or in a high-volume scheduling/coordination role
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
- Solid attention to detail and ability to prioritize competing demands
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Experience with Greenhouse and/or Ashby is a strong asset
- Experience supporting startup or high-growth recruiting teams is preferred
