What You'll Do:

- Diagnose, repair, and replace residential plumbing systems with expert precision - water distribution, drainage, venting, and fixtures
- Install and service hot water tanks, tankless water heaters, and boilers
- Read and interpret blueprints and system layouts for new installs and retrofits




- Commission and test installed systems to manufacturer and code standards
- Communicate clearly with customers - explain options, walk through recommendations, and earn trust in every home
- Work alongside a team of highly skilled home service professionals
- Mentor and support the next generation of tradespeople as the division grows
- Deliver 5-Star service, every time
- Represent the AirVantage brand with professionalism and pride - in every home, every interaction, every day

What We Offer:

- Starting at $90,000 per year - base salary plus spiffs, bonuses, and commissions

Requirements:

- Red Seal / Journeyman Plumber Certification (required)
- Gas Fitter Certification (asset)
- Valid BC Driver's License with clean driving record (required)
- 5+ years of residential plumbing experience
- Strong working knowledge of BC plumbing codes
- Experience with hot water tanks, tankless systems, boilers, and furnaces considered an asset
- Blueprint reading and layout skills
- Strong attention to detail - you do it right the first time
- Able to reliably commute to Abbotsford, BC
- Perfect English communication skills
