As part of our continued growth, we are launching our new Laser Acupuncture Division and are seeking a Registered Acupuncturist to help create, develop, and expand this cutting-edge service. This is a unique opportunity to combine traditional acupuncture with advanced BIOFLEX Laser Therapy while working alongside an experienced multidisciplinary team dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care.

Position Summary

We are looking for a compassionate, motivated, and collaborative Registered Acupuncturist to join our growing team. The successful candidate will assess patients, develop individualized treatment plans, provide high-quality acupuncture care, and collaborate with our multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to achieve exceptional clinical outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform comprehensive Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and acupuncture assessments.
- Develop individualized treatment plans.
- Deliver acupuncture treatments within your scope of practice.
- Utilize adjunctive therapies including cupping, gua sha, moxibustion, electroacupuncture, auricular acupuncture, and acupressure where appropriate.
- Educate patients on treatment plans, home care, and wellness strategies.




- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with College standards.
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare professionals.
- Assist in the development and growth of our new Laser Acupuncture Division.
- Maintain a safe, professional, and patient-focused clinical environment.

Qualifications

Required

- Registered and in good standing with the College of Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners and Acupuncturists of Ontario (CTCMPAO).
- Current professional liability insurance.
- Eligible to work in Canada
- Excellent communication, assessment, and documentation skills.
- Robust interpersonal and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- Commitment to evidence-informed practice and ongoing professional development.

Preferred

- Experience treating musculoskeletal injuries, sports injuries, chronic pain, arthritis, neurological conditions, and post-operative rehabilitation.
- Experience working alongside physicians, physiotherapists, chiropractors, massage therapists, or other rehabilitation professionals.
- Interest in integrating acupuncture with advanced BIOFLEX Laser Therapy.
- Experience using JaneApp electronic medical records.
- Current Standard First Aid & CPR
