Job Summary
AuraWell Health is a new Nurse Practitioner–led multidisciplinary clinic opening in the Woodbridge area. We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Registered Massage Therapist to join our dynamic wellness team. In this role, you will provide professional massage therapy services designed to promote relaxation, alleviate pain, and improve overall well-being for our diverse clientele.

Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality massage therapy treatments tailored to each client’s individual needs and health conditions
- Conduct thorough client consultations to understand their concerns, medical history, and treatment goals
- Maintain accurate and detailed treatment records, including progress notes and treatment plans
- Educate clients on self-care techniques and post-treatment recommendations to enhance results
- Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment by adhering to hygiene standards and safety protocols
- Communicate effectively with clients to explain procedures, address questions, and foster trust
- Stay informed about the latest massage therapy techniques, industry standards, and best practices
Qualifications
- Registered and in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO)
- Professional liability insurance required
- Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to health assessments and treatment planning
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with clients in a friendly, professional manner
- Excellent communication skills to clearly explain treatments and address client concerns
- Prior experience in massage therapy or related health fields is preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a team-oriented approach
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to industry standards
- Fluent or conversational Farsi or Italian is considered an asset
