Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)

Provide companionship and social support

Assist with medication reminders and management, as directed

Communicate with clients, families, and the care team

Observe and report changes in clients' condition

Complete required documentation accurately and on time Qualifications Completion of a recognized Health Care Aide (HCA) program within the last five years,



or current enrollment in a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) program

Active Alberta Health Care Aide (HCA) Registration

Current Vulnerable Sector Check

Valid driver's licence preferred

Ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members
