Responsibilities

- Perform professional massage therapy sessions using various techniques such as Swedish, deep tissue, sports, or therapeutic massage to meet client needs
- Conduct thorough client assessments to understand their health history, preferences, and specific concerns
- Educate clients on post-treatment care and recommend exercises or lifestyle adjustments when appropriate
- Maintain detailed treatment records in compliance with privacy regulations and clinic policies
- Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all clients by adhering to sanitation standards and safety protocols
- Communicate clearly with clients about treatment plans, expectations,



and progress to foster trust and satisfaction
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals when necessary to support comprehensive client care

Qualifications

- Valid registration and licensing as a Massage Therapist with the appropriate regulatory body
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology related to musculoskeletal health and therapeutic practices
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect empathetically with diverse clients
- Effective communication skills to explain treatment procedures clearly and address client questions confidently
- Prior experience in a clinical or spa setting is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for new graduates
- Ability to maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail in all interactions
