We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to join our growing team.

As a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) at Touch Massage Wellness Centre, you will provide high-quality therapeutic treatments to clients with a focus on pain relief, injury rehabilitation, relaxation, and overall wellness. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping others, have strong clinical skills, and possess a genuine desire to create a positive impact on each client's health journey.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform thorough assessments of clients' physical health and conditions to create personalized treatment plans.
- Provide a variety of massage techniques such as Swedish, deep tissue, myofascial release, and trigger point therapy.
- Educate clients on their conditions, treatment plans, and self-care strategies to enhance their wellness.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
- Work with a multidisciplinary team to support holistic care for clients.
- Maintain professional boundaries and provide exceptional customer service.
- Ensure a clean, comfortable,



and safe treatment environment.
- Stay current with industry trends and ongoing professional development.
- Comply with all regulatory and safety guidelines in line with the College of Massage Therapists of British Columbia (CMTBC).

Requirements:

- Valid registration with the College of Massage Therapists of British Columbia (CMTBC).
- Professional liability insurance.
- Previous experience in a clinical setting is an asset but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to providing high-quality care and personalized treatment.
- Knowledge of various massage techniques and a passion for continuing education.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
