Experienced Registered Massage Therapist | Full-Time Caseload, Collaborative Clinic

Are you an experienced Registered Massage Therapist looking for a busy clinic where you can focus on providing excellent care and build a lasting practice?

Stride Physiotherapy & Wellness is looking for a full-time RMT to join our established multidisciplinary clinic in Red Deer.

We have strong patient demand, an immediate caseload, consistent internal referrals, large private treatment rooms, and a collaborative team across seven healthcare disciplines. You’ll have the support and environment needed to step into a busy practice without having to build from the ground up.

An RMT with strong deep-tissue and therapeutic massage skills would be an asset, as we continue to see significant patient demand in these areas. This opportunity is best suited to someone looking to make Stride their primary clinic, become a connected part of the team, and build lasting relationships with patients.

Our clinicians regularly communicate, share ideas, and work together to provide coordinated care while still having the independence to develop their own clinical style and practice.

Your Role

As an RMT at Stride, you will:

- Assess each patient’s needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide therapeutic massage using techniques suited to the patient’s presentation, preferences, and goals.
- Deliver deep-tissue massage when clinically appropriate and requested by patients.
- Build solid therapeutic relationships and contribute to an exceptional patient experience.
- Educate patients and provide practical recommendations to support their progress between appointments.
- Maintain complete, accurate, and timely clinical documentation.
- Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team when it benefits the patient.
- Contribute positively to our clinic culture and multidisciplinary environment.

Who We’re Looking For

Our ideal candidate

- Is a Registered Massage Therapist in good standing with a recognized massage therapy association in Alberta.
- Has previous clinical experience and is confident managing a varied caseload.
- Has strong deep-tissue and therapeutic massage skills.
- Is seeking a full time opportunity and a clinic where they can build a long-term practice.
- Provides thoughtful, individualized care rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach.
- Demonstrates strong clinical reasoning and hands-on skills.

Today, Stride has grown into one of Central Alberta’s leading multidisciplinary rehabilitation teams. Our Red Deer clinic brings together physiotherapists, massage therapists, kinesiologists, manual osteopaths, dietitians, and counsellors. We also collaborate closely with our sister clinic in Blackfalds, whose team includes chiropractic care.
