This is a temporary position from January 12, 2026 - May 20, 2026 The incumbent is responsible for providing quality-nursingcare to patients and their families in the Outpatient Emergency Department.

Qualifications - Current Certificate of Competence from the College of Nurses of Ontario.

- Current A.C.L.S. Certificate or willingness to attain at own expense.
- Minimum of two (2) years acute care experience in an active treatment setting.
- Emergency course or ENC.
- Triage training or willingness to obtain.
- Demonstrated commitment to continuing education.
- Demonstrated knowledge of the Nursing Process and the Standards of Nursing Practice of the College of Nurses of Ontario.
- Demonstrated excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently at times without supervision.
- Demonstrates positive assessment, judgement, decision-making and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications - Coronary care certificate.

- Previous experience in an Emergency Department.
