Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) – Paediatric / Family Practice Medical Centre

We are seeking a compassionate and organized Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) to join our multidisciplinary medical centre. The RPN will work primarily alongside our paediatrician, supporting the care of infants, children, and adolescents, including those with developmental and behavioural health needs. The role will also include assisting family physicians with nursing duties as required.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the paediatrician with:
- Childhood immunizations / vaccinations
- Growth and developmental monitoring (height, weight, head circumference, growth chart documentation)
- Routine paediatric assessments and follow-up care
- Screening and support for children with mental and behavioural health conditions, including Autism Spectrum Disorder and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder




- Patient/family education and counselling
- Coordination of referrals and follow-up care
- Support family physicians with:
- Injections / immunizations
- Vital signs and clinical assessments
- Patient education and preventive health counselling
- Chronic disease follow-up and nursing support as needed

Qualifications:
- Current registration as an RPN
- Experience in paediatrics and/or mental health preferred
- Strong communication and family-centred care skills
- Comfortable working with children with developmental and behavioural challenges
- Team-oriented and adaptable in a multidisciplinary clinic setting

Job Types: Full-time, Part time Pay: $22.00-$28.00 per hour
