Work on brand management and job postings to attract high quality candidates

Work in a collaborative environment

Communication with team members to assist in onboarding with our systems





Move into a leadership role and manage team members until onboarded Qualifications

Have a minimum of 10 to 15 hours a week to devote to company

Familiarity with navigating and posting on hiring platforms, and drafting job ads

Passionate about personal growth and professional development, essential for company culture

Graduate degree(s) not required, work experience more heavily weighted, bonus if have an HR background, all training provided

Highly creative with respect to branding company

Strong and clear values, vision, and income goals over time (i.e. where do you see yourself 6 months, 1 year, 3 years, 5+ years with the company)
