We are seeking an experienced Construction Laborer or Renovation Contractor to assist with an interior renovation project in Summerside, PEI.

The project involves preparing the existing ceiling so it is ready for recent drywall installation.

The ideal candidate has experience with demolition, plaster removal, lath removal, cleanup, and preparing framing for drywall.

Scope of Work The successful contractor will be responsible for:

✔ Remove remaining plaster from the ceiling

✔ Remove wooden lath where required

✔ Remove nails, screws and fasteners

✔ Dispose of demolition debris

✔ Clean the work area

✔ Inspect framing and notify us of any damaged wood

✔ Ensure the ceiling is fully prepared for drywall installation

Requirements

Must have: ✔ Own transportation
