As the first point of contact for many of our guests, you'll play an important role in creating a welcoming experience, helping guests find the perfect stay while maximizing hotel revenue through personalized service and thoughtful recommendations.

What You'll Do

As a Reservation Agent, you will:

- Respond to transient and group reservation requests accurately and professionally while delivering exceptional guest service.
- Provide guests with detailed information about room types, rates, packages, hotel amenities, and policies.
- Become knowledgeable about all hotel services, dining outlets, operating hours, parking, local attractions, and guest amenities.
- Process reservations through various booking channels while following established billing, payment, and reservation procedures.
- Personalize each guest's experience by identifying preferences, travel purpose, and special requests before arrival.
- Recommend room upgrades and additional hotel services using thoughtful upselling techniques.
- Review and manage existing reservations, including duplicate bookings, cancellations, early departures, prepaid reservations, and third-party bookings.
- Maintain accurate reservation records and filing systems.
- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, following Hilton service standards.
- Support Front Office operations as needed.
- Assist with additional projects and responsibilities as assigned.

What We're Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of hotel reservations or hospitality experience.
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred.




- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional verbal and written communication skills in both English and French.
- Experience with PEP PMS is considered a strong asset.
- Flexible, reliable, and committed to providing exceptional guest experiences.
