Qualifications

- Minimum 5 years of residential HVAC service experience
- G2 Gas Technician License (REQUIRED)
- Valid Ontario G Driver's License with a transparent driver's abstract
- 313D Residential Air Conditioning License is considered a strong asset
- Robust diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a high standard of workmanship

What We Offer

- $30.00-$45.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
- Vacation pay starting at 6% (equivalent to 3 weeks' vacation pay) from your first day of employment
- Vacation pay increases to 8% (equivalent to 4 weeks' vacation pay) after 5 years of service

Responsibilities

- Diagnose, service, repair and maintain residential HVAC equipment
- Troubleshoot furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, boilers, tankless water heaters, fireplaces, indoor air quality equipment and ventilation systems
- Clearly explain repair and replacement options to homeowners
- Complete digital work orders accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle
- Represent Climate Experts Heating & Cooling Inc. professionally while delivering exceptional customer service.
