About This Opportunity The Residential Volunteer will spend time with clients/families in the hospice residence through conversation, quiet presence or shared activities. Duties may include providing support to nursing staff, restocking supplies, light housekeeping and preparing light refreshments or meals for a client.

Volunteers will respect each resident's beliefs, values, and choices without judgement or influence. Each volunteer is required to complete a 26 hour training course developed by Hospice Palliative Care Ontario.
