Responsibilities

- Prepare food items efficiently and according to safety standards, maintaining high quality and presentation.
- Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, to process customer orders accurately and swiftly.
- Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling and cashiering duties, ensuring correct change and receipts.
- Provide friendly, attentive customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance guest experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining areas, adhering to food safety regulations.




- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Support food handling procedures by following proper sanitation practices and safe food preparation techniques.

Requirements

- Previous food service or restaurant experience is required; a passion for delivering excellent customer service is essential.
- Familiarity with food preparation, serving, and basic math skills for cash handling and transactions.
- Experience using POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms is a plus.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
