We’re looking for Servers to join the team at Poppy’s French Bistro and help create a warm, welcoming experience that keeps guests coming back. We care about good food, great wine, genuine hospitality, and creating a team and atmosphere people want to be part of.

The Role:

As a Server, you’ll provide knowledgeable, attentive service while guiding guests through our food and wine offerings. You’ll help create an effortless dining experience and make every guest feel at home.

You will:

- Deliver warm, attentive, and effective service in a busy, guest-focused restaurant.
- Provide knowledgeable food and wine service and confidently guide guests through the menu.
- Create a welcoming experience through friendly, professional, and engaging service.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-prepared section throughout service.
- Communicate with the kitchen and front-of-house team to ensure smooth, efficient service.
- Follow all health, safety, and responsible alcohol service standards.
- Assist with opening, closing, side work, restocking, and maintaining overall restaurant standards.
- Handle guest concerns professionally and work to resolve issues quickly and thoughtfully.

What You Bring:

- 1–2+ years of serving experience in a busy restaurant or hospitality environment.
- A genuine passion for food, wine, and great hospitality.
- A guest-first mindset and a natural ability to make people feel welcome.
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented approach.
- Confidence working at a steady pace while maintaining attentive, thoughtful service.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and cleanliness.
- Flexibility with availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
