Responsibilities

- Oversee food preparation and presentation to maintain quality and consistency.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the restaurant.

- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures.

Requirements

- Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the food service industry.
