Role Description

This is a full time on-site role for a Retail Associate located in Oakville, ON. The Retail Associate will provide exceptional customer service, assist customers with product selection, manage inventory, and maintain the organization and cleanliness of the store.



Responsibilities also include processing sales transactions, addressing customer inquiries, and contributing to a friendly and welcoming store workplace.

Qualifications

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills that foster excellent customer interactions
- Customer experience and customer-focused service expertise, with a commitment to meeting shopper needs and ensuring satisfaction
- Experience or skills in inventory management, including product organization and stock monitoring
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Interest in sports or soccer-specific knowledge is a robust asset
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred

Compensation:

- Hourly wage of $17.60–$21.00 , based on experience, performance, and role responsibilities.
