Full-Time Retail Sales Associate

Soccer World is Canada's premier football specialty retailer, helping players, fans, clubs, and families find the very best in football equipment, footwear, apparel, fan gear, and more.

We're looking for a passionate, energetic Full-Time Retail Sales Associate to join our Oakville team. If you love football, enjoy working with people, and take pride in delivering exceptional customer service, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

- Deliver outstanding customer service and create memorable shopping experiences.
- Build robust product knowledge across football boots, apparel, equipment, and fan merchandise.
- Assist customers with footwear fittings and product recommendations.
- Process sales accurately using our POS system.
- Receive, replenish, and merchandise inventory to Soccer World standards.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.
- Support online order fulfillment when required.
- Work collaboratively with teammates to achieve store goals.

What We're Looking For
- Retail or customer service experience is an asset.




- A passion for football (soccer) is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working evenings and weekends.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs when required.
