We're looking for an enthusiastic Retail Store Manager to lead our team at Great Hobbies Mississauga. This is an exciting opportunity to combine proven retail leadership with a genuine passion for the hobby industry.

What you'll bring:

- Previous retail management or supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of hobbies and hobby products (required)
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Leadership, organizational, and team-building abilities
- A passion for engaging with and growing our hobby community

What you'll do:

- Lead, coach, and support a high-performing retail team




- Deliver an outstanding customer experience every day
- Oversee daily store operations, merchandising, and inventory
- Build lasting relationships with customers and help grow our local hobby community
- Work every day surrounded by some of the coolest products in the industry
