Join the Founding Leadership Team at North Van RMBL

North Van RMBL is looking for an energetic, organized, and people-focused Front of House Lead to help launch our newest studio in North Vancouver.

As the Front of House Lead, you'll be responsible for creating an exceptional member experience while leading our front desk team and supporting the daily operations of the studio. You'll help drive membership sales, build a positive team culture, and ensure every member and guest receives world-class service.

Responsibilities

- Lead, coach, and support the Front Desk team.
- Deliver an exceptional experience for every member and guest.
- Assist with membership sales and studio growth.
- Conduct studio tours and convert prospective members into clients.
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training Front Desk Associates.
- Oversee daily front desk operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Ensure the studio is clean, organized, and operating efficiently.
- Support coaches and management to build a positive team culture.




- Resolve member concerns professionally and confidently.
- Help execute studio events, promotions, and community outreach.

What We're Looking For
- Previous leadership, customer service, hospitality, retail, or sales experience.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Positive, outgoing, and professional attitude.
- Ability to lead by example and motivate a team.
- Comfortable working mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Passion for fitness and building an amazing community.
