Project Overview The Unified Provider Platform (UPP) and HALO projects involve delivery of complex initiatives using both traditional waterfall and agile methodologies, supporting coordination across technology, product, and business process workstreams.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and support assigned projects through all phases of the project lifecycle

Track and report on project progress, milestones, risks, issues, actions, and dependencies

Prepare, coordinate, and maintain project schedules, release plans, and roadmaps

Support preparation of governance materials, approvals, briefing notes, and decision records

Coordinate project meetings, including scheduling, logistics, and stakeholder participation

Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, materials, and pre-reads

Capture and distribute meeting minutes and notes, including decisions, risks, issues, and action items

Track and follow up on meeting action items and commitments to ensure timely closure

Assist project managers and product owners with release planning and delivery coordination

Act as a central point of coordination between delivery teams, product teams, and business stakeholders

Support change management and communication activities related to project delivery

Support coordination across related products and business process initiatives

Produce accurate and timely status reports, dashboards, and executive summaries

Coordinate dependencies across related products and business process initiatives

Support delivery of the Unified Provider Platform (UPP) project across multiple releases

Support delivery of the HALO project across multiple releases

Maintain integrated project plans, schedules, and roadmaps

Prepare and coordinate governance submissions, decks, and approval materials





Qualifications & Requirements

REQUIRED

Must be able to work 5 days onsite per week

Demonstrated experience supporting software application delivery teams (e.g., product, development teams)

Proven experience working in both waterfall and agile project environments

Hands-on experience with Confluence and Jira (documentation, tracking, reporting)

Robust knowledge of project management fundamentals, including governance, milestones, risks, and dependencies

Background in healthcare, health IT, or enterprise IT environments

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Experience preparing and maintaining project artefacts and documentation

Strong communication, stakeholder coordination, and collaboration skills

Ability to support multiple workstreams and releases concurrently

NICE TO HAVE

Experience supporting large, complex digital or platform transformation initiatives

Knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and hybrid delivery models

Exposure to enterprise governance models and stage-gate approvals

Experience supporting healthcare, public sector, or large enterprise environments

Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail

Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

Experience working with cross-functional teams (technology, product, business, vendors)
