The role focuses on technical delivery, governance, enterprise architecture compliance, security, privacy, and production readiness while supporting the Data & Analytics team as business owners. The ideal candidate will lead project execution, manage dependencies, challenge unrealistic timelines, coordinate vendors and internal teams, and ensure all enterprise governance requirements—including Architecture Review Board (ARB), Threat Risk Assessment (TRA), Privacy Impact Assessment (PIA), security reviews, and production readiness—are completed successfully.
Key Responsibilities Technical Project Delivery & Governance (40%)
Lead the end-to-end delivery of enterprise technology and SaaS implementation projects
Develop and manage integrated project plans from initiation through production deployment
Work backward from target go-live dates to establish realistic schedules and critical milestones
Drive project execution across internal teams, vendors, and business stakeholders
Manage project scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, assumptions, issues, and decisions
Ensure successful transition into production and early-life support
Enterprise Architecture, Security & Compliance (25%)
Coordinate Architecture Review Board (ARB) approvals
Ensure completion of Threat Risk Assessments (TRA)
Support Privacy Impact Assessments (PIA)
Verify compliance with enterprise architecture standards, security policies,
and governance frameworks
Ensure production readiness criteria are satisfied before deployment
Align project deliverables with organizational technology standards and data sensitivity requirements
Data Governance & Collibra Platform Implementation (20%)
Coordinate Collibra implementation activities across technical and business teams
Support metadata management, business glossary, data catalog, lineage, and data quality initiatives
Establish governance workflows, stewardship models, ownership, and decision rights
Coordinate SaaS platform configuration, integrations, testing, and operational transition
Support Data & Analytics teams throughout implementation and adoption
Stakeholder, Vendor & Executive Management (15%)
Manage vendor relationships and delivery accountability
Facilitate executive steering committee meetings and project governance sessions
Maintain RAID logs, executive dashboards, and status reporting
Drive issue resolution, escalation management, and decision-making
