Senior Business Analyst – Clinical Data Foundation (CDF) Program Client: Supply Ontario | RQ00756 (Hybrid, Toronto, ON, Canada) We are hiring a Senior Business Analyst to support the Clinical Data Foundation (CDF) Program at Supply Ontario. This role requires an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in electronic health record (EHR) projects, healthcare technology initiatives, business process modeling, requirements management, and stakeholder engagement. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, subject matter experts, technical teams, and project leadership to analyze business needs, define requirements, improve processes, and ensure alignment between business objectives and technology solutions. This role requires strong experience in requirements elicitation, business modeling, process analysis, data modeling, stakeholder management, project documentation, and healthcare information systems.

Key Responsibilities Business Analysis & Requirements Management (40%)

Provide comprehensive I⁢ business analysis services supporting healthcare technology initiatives

Engage business stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand business needs and challenges

Gather, analyze, document, and validate business requirements

Develop

Business Requirements Documents (BRDs)

Functional requirements

User requirements

Business rules

Non-functional requirements

Maintain requirements traceability throughout project delivery

Translate business and data requirements into technology solution specifications

Business Process Modeling & Solution Analysis (30%)

Conduct business modeling and process analysis activities

Develop

Use case models

Business process flows

Data flow models

Conceptual and logical data models

Business event models

Analyze existing processes and recommend improvements

Support application modernization and electronic health record initiatives





Apply re-engineering concepts to improve service delivery approaches

Stakeholder Engagement & Project Support (20%)

Facilitate workshops, interviews, and Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions

Collaborate with
