The successful candidate will provide comprehensive project management leadership, ensuring projects are delivered within approved scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations. This role requires extensive experience managing enterprise-level projects, including planning, risk management, resource coordination, cost control, stakeholder engagement, and the development of comprehensive project documentation.
Position Overview The Senior Project Manager / Project Leader will lead enterprise IT projects by applying established project management frameworks, methodologies, and best practices. The role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing project deliverables, preparing technical and business documentation, conducting cost-benefit analysis, and ensuring alignment with OPS policies and standards. The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing complex I⁢ initiatives within large organizations and possess a solid understanding of enterprise technology environments, including databases, operating systems, application servers, and mainframe platforms.
Key Responsibilities Enterprise Project Management Leadership
Manage large-scale, complex, high-profile, and high-risk I⁢ projects.
Lead project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure activities.
Ensure project deliverables meet business requirements within approved scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.
Manage project scope, risks, resources, timelines, dependencies, and costs.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, status reports, and governance documentation.
Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies while implementing mitigation strategies.
Coordinate project teams, vendors, stakeholders, and technical resources.
Provide regular project updates and reporting to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Facilitate meetings, workshops, project reviews, and decision-making sessions.
Project Documentation & Deliverables Management
Create, maintain, and manage comprehensive project documentation.
Develop project artifacts including
Project plans
Status reports
Risk and issue logs
Communication plans
Change management documentation
Technical and business documentation
Review and recommend revisions to existing documentation frameworks, formats, and processes.
Ensure project documentation meets organizational standards and governance requirements.
Support document publishing, distribution, version control, and maintenance activities.
Technical Knowledge & IT Project Management
Apply I⁢ project management frameworks and methodologies to deliver technology initiatives.
Demonstrate understanding of enterprise technology environments, including:
Oracle Database environments
