LYNXEL Crop Protection is a Saskatchewan-focused agricultural crop protection business serving growers in the Regina area, with a long-term vision to expand across the Canadian Prairies. We are seeking a full-time Sales Agronomist – Crop Protection who combines crop protection knowledge with strong sales and customer-development skills. This is a sales-focused role working directly with farmers and growers.

What You’ll Do • Develop recent business and build long-term relationships with farmers and growers.

- Sell PMRA-registered crop protection products, including herbicides, insecticides and related products.
- Identify customer needs, prepare quotations and follow up on sales opportunities.
- Support pre-book and in-season sales.
- Visit farms and agricultural customers throughout the Regina area and surrounding communities.
- Provide practical crop protection product information and agronomic support within your knowledge and qualifications.
- Coordinate customer orders and delivery arrangements.
- Represent LYNXEL at grower meetings and agricultural industry events. What We’re Looking For • Relevant experience in crop protection, agricultural pesticides,



crop inputs, agricultural retail, agronomy-related sales or Prairie agriculture.
- Experience selling directly to farmers or growers is strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of Saskatchewan agriculture and existing farmer or industry relationships are strong assets.
- Education in agriculture, agronomy, crop science or agribusiness is an asset; relevant industry sales experience may be considered instead.
- Valid driver’s licence and regular access to a reliable vehicle.
- Legally entitled to work in Canada.
- Able to work independently and travel regularly throughout the territory.
