NOW HIRING — SALES / FRONT COUNTER

Tint King is looking for a killer people-person to join our team.

We need someone who can handle our front counter, answer customer inquiries, build quotes, follow up with leads, book appointments and, most importantly, sell.

You’ll be helping customers choose the right options for:

- Window tint
- Paint protection film (PPF)
- Vehicle wraps and graphics
- Ceramic coatings
- Automotive accessories and related services

Previous sales experience is a big deal. Automotive sales, service advising, aftermarket/accessory sales, dealership experience, powersports, collision, detailing or anything similar is an even bigger bonus. We’re looking for someone who:
- Is confident talking to people in person, by phone, text and social media
- Knows how to qualify a customer and close a sale
- Is comfortable following up with leads instead of waiting for the phone to ring
- Can explain valuable/better/best options without overwhelming customers
- Is organized and can keep an appointment schedule under control
- Can handle quoting,



invoicing and taking payments
- Understands that great customer service and great sales go hand-in-hand
- Actually cares about cars and the automotive industry
- Is reliable, motivated and doesn’t need someone standing over them all day

You do NOT need to know everything about tint, PPF or wraps. We can teach you the products. We can’t teach personality, work ethic or the ability to talk to customers.
