Part time Sales Associate New Steel

The Opportunity

We are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable, and customer-focused Part-Time Sales Associate to join our team!

No previous body jewelry or piercing knowledge is required—we provide paid training! However, an interest in body jewelry or piercings is considered an asset.

Position Details

- Employment Type: Part-Time
- Hours: 10–20 hours per week
- Work Setting: In-person

Every new team member receives paid, hands-on training, including:

- In-store training alongside experienced staff
- Customer service and sales techniques
- Product knowledge
- A detailed training manual for continued learning

Training continues until both you and management are confident in your ability to perform the role independently.

Responsibilities

As a Sales Associate, your responsibilities will include:

- Opening the kiosk by removing the security cover and counting the cash float
- Greeting every customer with a friendly and welcoming attitude
- Assisting customers with product recommendations and answering questions
- Processing sales accurately and efficiently
- Restocking merchandise and maintaining attractive product displays
- Keeping the kiosk clean, organized, and inviting throughout each shift
- Tracking out-of-stock merchandise and reporting inventory needs to management
- Working collaboratively with your team to provide an exceptional customer experience
- Closing the kiosk by balancing the till and securing the kiosk at the end of the shift
