- Maintain organized merchandise displays and ensure products are well-stocked and visually appealing.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Utilize communication skills to inform customers about promotions, new products, and store policies.
- Support inventory management through stock replenishment and merchandising tasks.




- Demonstrate proficiency in basic math for transactions and sales calculations.
- Uphold store policies on cash handling, phone etiquette, and time management to ensure operational efficiency.

Skills

- Multilingual abilities or bilingual proficiency are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases effectively.
- Previous experience in technology sales or retail sales environments is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—are essential for engaging customers professionally.
- Demonstrated organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods.
- Proficiency with POS systems, cashiering procedures, and basic math for accurate transactions.
