Duties

- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that suit their preferences and needs
- Demonstrate product features through engaging demos and explain technical specifications clearly
- Conduct product merchandising to ensure attractive displays that enhance shopping experiences
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for transactions, cash handling, and receipts
- Upsell complementary items by identifying customer needs and highlighting benefits
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining a positive attitude
- Manage time effectively to serve multiple customers efficiently during busy periods

Requirements





- Multilingual skills or bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer bases
- French, English, Spanish
- Prior experience in retail sales or technology sales is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm for learning is key
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical products clearly and confidently
- Basic math skills for cash handling, POS operations, and transaction accuracy
- Excellent organizational skills to manage product displays and stock levels effectively
- Customer service experience with a focus on creating positive shopping experiences
- Ability to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed
- Knowledge of merchandising, cashiering, phone etiquette, and upselling techniques will be advantageous
