Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Sales Co-ordinator to join our sales team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind building solid client relationships, coordinating sales activities, and supporting business development initiatives. Your energetic approach and excellent communication skills will help us expand our market presence and deliver exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities

- Professionally represent the Henzel business as the inside sales representative for all accounts
- Ensure the continued satisfaction of the customer base through the sales order process from order receipt and input to successful shipping and invoicing
- Analyze customer sales history and communicate with customer for anticipated needs
- Research potential customer opportunities for Account Managers future focus
- Track competitive activity, market developments, and changing customer directions and demands for strategic planning
- Compile forecasts for annual budgets,



as well as update estimates monthly
- Work in concert with the Operations team to assure 100% customer satisfaction

Qualifications

- 3+ years in the business-to-business inside sales roles
- Proven computer, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft suite Excel, Office, Power Point
- Excellent communication skills
- Self-motivated, organized and have a high degree of initiative.
- Capable of performing this role with minimal direct supervision.
- Practical verbal and written communication skills
