Join a global leader in sustainable industrial packaging, reconditioning and recycling solutions with more than 11,000 employees across 20 countries.
This is a high-impact national leadership opportunity to oversee the Canadian Reconditioning sales organization. Based from the company’s Ontario operation, the Sales Director will lead a team of five Territory Sales Managers and help shape the commercial strategy for an established Canadian business representing approximately C$150M to C$200M in revenue.
The incoming Sales Director will inherit a stable business, an experienced field sales team and a substantial existing customer base. The focus will be on strengthening sales execution, developing the team, expanding strategic accounts and driving profitable new business across Canada.
