Documentation Intern:

- Receive and check shipment information.

- Handle bookings and track shipping schedules.

- Prepare, verify, and issue shipment-related documents.

- Coordinate with relevant departments to handle shipments and resolve issues.

- Check costs and maintain shipment records.

Sales Logistics Intern:

- Identify and develop target customers, including manufacturers and import-export companies, with a focus on transit routes from Laos–China–US/Europe.

- Advise on logistics solutions and prepare quotations based on the company's key competitive advantages.

- Manage customer data and care through the CRM system, and coordinate with the Operations team to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

- Work at office in Da Nang City ( No. 20 Street 2/9,



Hai Chau ward, Da Nang City

- Final-year students about to graduate from a university in Da Nang, majoring in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, or International Business.

- Fluent in English; Chinese is an advantage.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

- Good teamwork skills.
