As demand continues to grow, we are looking for a Sales Representative who can represent the company well, guide clients through the process, and help drive the next phase of growth.

Position Overview

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, understands consultative sales, and takes pride in representing a premium service.

You'll meet with homeowners and business owners, assess their project needs, and guide them through our process — from initial consultation through proposal.

This position has strong long-term potential. As the company continues to grow, the right person may take on greater responsibility in managing and shaping the sales function.

Core Responsibilities

Client Consultations





- Meet with homeowners and business clients to discuss their painting projects
- Evaluate scope of work and provide professional recommendations
- Educate clients on our process, materials, and standards
- Build trust through clear, confident communication

Estimating & Proposals

- Prepare detailed project estimates and proposals
- Communicate pricing and project details clearly
- Follow up with clients and guide them through the decision process

Sales Process Management

- Track opportunities and client communication through our CRM
- Maintain organized sales records and proposal timelines
- Coordinate with Production Management once projects are approved

Brand Representation

- Represent Picture This! Painting professionally in every interaction
- Reinforce the premium quality and reputation the company stands for
- Help ensure every client experience reflects our standards

Who This Role Is For
