This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys connecting with people, building trust, and helping customers make informed decisions—without pressure or gimmicks. You’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming showroom experience while guiding customers through their vehicle options with care and honesty.

Responsibilities of the Customer Experience Associate

- Greet and assist customers in a warm, qualified, and approachable manner
- Help customers understand vehicle options, features, financing basics, and next steps
- Build genuine relationships by listening to customer needs and offering thoughtful solutions
- Support customers throughout their buying journey—from first visit to final handoff
- Represent the dealership at community events, promotions, and showroom initiatives
- Collaborate with your team to meet shared goals while maintaining a positive, supportive environment




- Make sure car is clean and presentable to customer

- Great phone calls and internet skills
- Strong communication skills and a people-first mindset
- Confidence, empathy, and the ability to make others feel comfortable and respected
- Interest in learning about vehicles, financing, and customer care (training provided)
- Reliability, professionalism, and pride in your work
- Ability to work independently while being a supportive team player
- Flexibility to work weekends and some evenings
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, or sales is an asset—but not required

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $40,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
