Responsibilities

- Upsell complementary items and services to maximize sales opportunities
- Manage cash handling, POS transactions, and cashiering duties accurately and efficiently
- Maintain organized merchandising displays that attract customer attention and promote products effectively
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues,



and ensuring a positive shopping experience

Qualifications

- Multilingual abilities or bilingual skills are highly desirable to serve a diverse customer base
- Prior experience in technology sales or retail sales is preferred, especially with product demos or technical explanations
- Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening, are essential for engaging customers effectively
- Basic math skills for cash handling, POS operations, and transaction accuracy
- Demonstrated organizational skills to manage time efficiently in a busy retail setting
- Customer service experience that showcases patience, professionalism, and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of merchandising, POS systems, cashiering, and upselling techniques will be advantageous
