Sales Associate – Car Audio & Electronics Retail

What You’ll Do

- Welcome customers and provide a friendly, professional shopping experience
- Identify customer needs and recommend the best products and solutions
- Demonstrate products and explain their features and benefits
- Build customer confidence through product knowledge and honest recommendations
- Process sales accurately using our POS system
- Handle cash, debit, credit, and financing transactions
- Upsell complementary products and accessories when appropriate
- Answer customer inquiries in person, over the phone, and via email
- Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked sales displays
- Assist with merchandising and showroom presentation
- Work collaboratively with the sales and warehouse teams to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction

What We’re Looking For

- Previous retail or customer service experience (electronics or automotive industry is an asset)
- Passion for technology, car audio, or automotive electronics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, positive, and customer-first attitude
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities




- Comfortable working in a quick-paced retail environment
- Experience using POS systems and handling cash transactions
- Basic computer skills
- Bilingual (English and another language) is considered an asset

- Experience in automotive electronics, car audio, or 12-volt accessories
- Technology or consumer electronics sales experience
- Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed sales goals
- Strong product knowledge and confidence in educating customers

Schedule

- Full-time
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability required
- 8-hour shifts
