Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Sandwich Maker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality sandwiches and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and a commitment to maintaining food safety standards while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and assemble sandwiches according to customer specifications and company recipes.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sandwich preparation area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders accurately, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for cash handling and processing transactions efficiently.
- Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and notifying management of any shortages.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours while maintaining quality standards.
- Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure the safety and quality of all food products.




- Utilize time management skills to complete tasks efficiently during busy shifts.

Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and food handling procedures is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace while managing time effectively.
- A positive attitude, willingness to help others, and ability to work as part of a team are essential for success in this role.
