Duties

- Prepare a variety of fresh sandwiches according to established recipes and customer preferences
- Engage with customers in a friendly, professional manner to take orders and provide excellent service
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by following proper food handling procedures and sanitation protocols
- Manage time efficiently during busy periods to ensure quick service without compromising quality
- Upsell additional menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities




- Follow all food safety regulations and company policies to ensure a safe dining workplace for guests and staff

Skills

- Proven experience in food preparation or food service roles, with a strong understanding of kitchen operations
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, making change, and inventory management
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Enthusiastic attitude with a focus on upselling menu items to enhance guest satisfaction

Requirements:

- Previous experience in the food industry
- Previous sandwich experience is an asset
- Fluent in English

Pay: $17.60-$20.00 per hour
