We are seeking a reliable Sanitation Worker to maintain cleanliness and sanitation throughout our food manufacturing facility. The successful candidate will ensure production areas, equipment, and workspaces meet food safety and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Clean and sanitize production equipment, machinery, floors, walls, and work areas.

- Follow sanitation procedures and food safety standards (GMP, HACCP).

- Safely use cleaning chemicals and sanitation equipment.

- Remove waste and dispose of garbage according to company procedures.

- Complete cleaning logs and sanitation records.

- Follow all health and safety policies, including proper use of PPE.

- Assist with general housekeeping duties as required.

Qualifications

- Previous sanitation or cleaning experience in a food manufacturing setting is an asset.

- Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and food safety practices is preferred.

- Ability to work in cold and wet environments.

- Able to lift up to 50 lbs (23 kg) and perform repetitive physical tasks.

- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
