? We’re Hiring: SAP PMO Lead – Program Enablement | Halifax, NS

We’re looking for an experienced SAP Project Management Office (PMO) Lead to support a large-scale SAP Modernization Program .

This is a senior program leadership opportunity for someone who has robust experience establishing and governing PMO frameworks, managing complex SAP/ERP programs, and providing executive-level visibility across multiple projects and workstreams.

? Location: Halifax, NS

? Work Model: Hybrid – minimum 2 days/week onsite, with additional onsite presence required at certain project stages

? Engagement: September 2026 – October 2028

Key areas of responsibility include:

- PMO strategy, governance, standards and controls
- Integrated program planning and critical-path management
- Risk, issue and dependency management




- Resource and capacity planning
- Executive dashboards and program reporting
- Cross-project and cross-sector coordination
- Steering committee and leadership support

Key qualifications: ✅ 5+ years managing complex projects/programs

✅ Strong PMO and matrix-governance experience

✅ Experience managing large IT/ERP initiatives

✅ SAP implementation experience

✅ Experience delivering SAP project management services within the Nova Scotia public sector

✅ PMP or similar project management certification

✅ Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
