Job Summary:

We are seeking professional, alert, and customer-focused Security Guards to maintain a safe and secure environment for guests, staff, and property at our nightclub. The ideal candidate will ensure all safety procedures are followed while providing a welcoming and controlled atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor entry and exit points to ensure only authorized guests are admitted
- Verify identification and enforce age restrictions in compliance with local laws
- Conduct security checks and bag inspections when required
- Maintain order inside and outside the venue, including crowd control
- Handle conflicts, disturbances, or emergencies in a calm and professional manner
- Work closely with management and local authorities when necessary
- Document and report all incidents accurately and in a timely manner
- Enforce club policies, including dress code and behavior standards
- Patrol the premises to prevent theft, vandalism, or unsafe situations
- Provide excellent customer service while ensuring safety protocols are followed

Qualifications:

- Valid security guard license (as required by local regulations)




- Smart Serve certification or equivalent (preferred, depending on location)
- First Aid and CPR certification (an asset)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and make quick decisions
- Professional appearance and demeanor

Experience:

- Previous experience in nightclub, bar, or event security preferred
- Experience in crowd control and conflict resolution is a strong asset
- Background in law enforcement, military, or private security is an advantage

Working Conditions:

- Ability to work late nights, weekends, and holidays
- Standing for long periods and working in a fast-paced setting
- Exposure to loud music, large crowds, and high-energy settings

Pay: $17.60-$20.00 per hour
