What You'll Do

- Conduct proactive foot and vehicle patrols.
- Deter theft, vandalism, trespassing, and unwanted activity.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergency situations.
- Complete accurate incident reports and daily activity logs.
- Monitor property conditions and identify safety concerns.
- Maintain a visible, skilled, and approachable presence.
- Communicate effectively with clients, management, emergency services, and the public.
- Enforce site rules and security procedures.

What We're Looking For
- Valid BC Security Worker License.
- Professional appearance and strong work ethic.
- Excellent communication and observation skills.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and make sound decisions.




- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's licence are considered strong assets.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Availability for evenings, nights, weekends, and holiday shifts is an asset.
