Concord Security is currently hiring Full-Time and Part-Time Security Guards to join our team at the Cowichan Community Centre and Cowichan Aquatic Centre.

We are looking for professional, customer-focused individuals to provide a safe and welcoming environment for staff, visitors, and community members. This position offers consistent morning and evening shifts, seven days a week, making it an excellent opportunity for those seeking steady employment.

Available Shifts

- Morning: 7AM – 3PM
- Evening: 3PM – 11PM
- Full-Time and Part-Time positions available

Pay Rate: $19.00–$22.00 per hour

What You'll Do

- Conduct regular interior and exterior patrols of the facilities.
- Monitor access points and ensure only authorized individuals enter restricted areas.
- Respond to incidents, emergencies, alarms, and customer concerns professionally.
- Identify and report safety hazards or maintenance issues.
- Complete detailed incident reports and daily activity logs.
- Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a visible security presence.
- Work closely with facility staff, emergency responders, and members of the public.

You're a Great Fit If You

- Hold a valid BC Security Worker Licence.
- Have excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and strong interpersonal skills.
- Enjoy working with the public and providing outstanding customer service.
- Have strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Are reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Are legally eligible to work in Canada.




- Are able to pass any required background checks.
- Are comfortable walking patrols, standing for extended periods, and working both indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions.
