Pads K9 Protection & Detection Service Inc. is seeking experienced and reliable Part-Time Casual Security Guards to support operations in Sundridge and surrounding areas.

This position is ideal for individuals looking for flexible shifts and occasional assignments in retail, industrial, event, and mobile patrol environments.

Responsibilities

- Provide a professional security presence and patrol coverage.
- Deter theft, vandalism, trespass, and unlawful activity.
- Conduct site patrols (foot or mobile) as required.
- Respond to incidents and, when necessary, execute lawful arrests.
- Complete accurate daily logs and incident reports.
- Assist clients, staff, and law enforcement when required.




- Maintain strong customer service and professional conduct.

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of security experience (retail, industrial, tactical, or enforcement preferred).
- Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence.
- Must be a Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident (PR).
- Use of Force Certification (mandatory).
- CPR & First Aid Certification (mandatory).
- Solid communication, report writing, and conflict management skills.
- Comfortable working alongside K9 patrol/detection units when required.
- Studies in Law Enforcement or Police Foundations (preferred).
- Professional demeanor and reliability.
- Availability for casual shifts including days, evenings, nights, and weekends.
