Managerial Responsibilities

- Manage Security Employees for Contract Work in Executive, Asset, and Retail Protection.
- Participate in On-Call Rotation with Additional Compensation for On-Call Shifts.
- Conduct Daily Check-Ins and Debriefings with Security Officers on Staff.
- Perform On-Site De-Escalation when necessary.

Security Responsibilities

- Ensure the safety and security of designated areas.
- Monitor surveillance equipment and alarms.
- Control access to premises and verify the identity of individuals.
- Conduct regular security checks and patrols.
- Respond to emergencies and incidents as necessary.
- Maintain accurate logs and reports.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members.
